- The yearly plan renews each year and the monthly plan each month. We email you 30 days before a yearly renewal.
- Updates
- Each year the plan updates your written programs and gives your staff the new training and new certificates.
- Cancel
- Cancel at any time. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep every document you downloaded.
- Refund
- Ask within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund.
