• Staff names and emails, so each person can take the training and get a certificate.
• Training results: which modules each person finished, quiz results and certificate dates.
• Form messages: what you send through the contact and self-check forms.

Patient records stay in your office

You share office and staff details only. Patient records stay in your office: the intake and the training ask only about your office and your staff. Keep patient information out of forms and messages.

Payment

Stripe handles card payments. Your card details go to Stripe directly.

How we use it

We use your details to provide the kit, the training and the certificates, to send renewal reminders, to answer your messages, and to send the self-check report you ask for.

Where we store it

Form messages and signups are stored in our database.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the services that run the kit for us, such as Stripe for payment and our hosting provider. We keep your data to provide the kit; we do not sell or rent it.
