What you buy

The kit has written OSHA programs filled in from your intake answers, recorded staff training with a quiz, a certificate for each person who passes, and forms. Plans: Yearly plan, $349 a year; Monthly plan, $39 a month.

You stay responsible for compliance

You, the employer, are responsible for your office's compliance with OSHA rules and every other law. The kit helps you meet the rules. You must check that each document matches your office, put the programs into practice, train your staff, and keep your records.

Not legal advice

The kit and this website give general information about OSHA rules. They are not legal advice. For advice about your office, ask a lawyer or a qualified safety professional.

Federal rules and state plans

The kit follows the federal OSHA rules. If your state runs its own OSHA state plan, the state's rules may apply in addition to the federal rules. See the states the kit covers.

Ordering

You buy on /start/ and pay by card through Stripe. After payment, we email you the link to the intake.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. We return the money to the card you paid with.

Auto-renewal

The yearly plan renews automatically each year. The monthly plan renews automatically each month. Each renewal charges the card on file until you cancel. We email you 30 days before a yearly renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. You keep every document you downloaded. Except for the refunds above, we do not refund part of a period.

Your use of the documents and training

You may print, copy and change the documents for use in your office. You may not resell them or share the training with people outside your office.

Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the kit or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the kit.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We post the new terms on this page with a new date. A change applies from your next renewal.
